NE Installers’ forward focus is partnerships with Designers, Manufacturers, and Distributers of products that harness innovation and excitement for the End User.
In support of that mission we employ dedicated coordinators, project managers, installation teams and product specialists to work collaboratively with our Clients and End Users to ensure installation processes support the overall brand vision.
NEI's Customer facing programs provide pre-installation visits, project management, physical installation of products, on-site testing, Customer training, deployment, and maintenance service on an annual or as needed basis.
Installation Program Objectives:
- Ensure an installation and service experience for the Customer that aligns with the values and expectations of our Client.
- Provide full visibility and accountability metrics that secure confidence in brand integrity, installation processes, and Customer satisfaction.
- Leverage NE Installer’s qualified and tenured Installation Network to the benefit of all parties as Brand Ambassadors on the behalf of our Client.
